How long does it take to see effects?

We would advise taking our You Got This! formula for a minimum of a month. When using functional plant and herb ingredients, especially ones that work on the nervous system, it will take a few weeks to feel the effects of it rebalancing.

Generally, magnesium taken in supplement form will take a week to show any effect, although it can be longer. If you're looking to treat a deficiency or improve a condition, taking magnesium over at least four weeks is the best way to guarantee results.

This is person dependant! but generally a few days to a week. The naturally functional ingredients in our formula take 30-60mins to take effect, however it can take up to 3 weeks to work at calming the nervous system down enough to encourage easier falling asleep in some individuals.
