How long does it take to see effects?
Generally, magnesium taken in supplement form will take a week to show any effect, although it can be longer. If you're looking to treat a deficiency or improve a condition, taking magnesium over at least four weeks is the best way to guarantee results at up to 6 mini capsules a day.
